I’m new to boxing. Where should I start?
We recommend starting with our Beginner Bootcamp, a 6-week program designed to introduce you to boxing and our BushBox NYC community! Gloves and wraps are included.
I have boxing experience and am looking to join a new gym. Where should I start?
If you have specific goals you’d like to address or are interested in fighting at a higher level, we recommend signing up for personal training sessions.

What should I know before I show up for my first session?
Our classes and personal training sessions are tailored to you and your fitness levels. Be honest with yourself and the trainer about where you are, and be ready to push! Wear comfortable clothes, socks and sneakers, and bring something to hydrate with.
Do I need to bring my own boxing gloves and wraps?
If you’ve registered for the Beginner Bootcamp, no! We’ll give you gloves and a pair of boxing wraps on your first day. For Personal Training and The Ring, please bring your own. We have a limited number available for sale and do not do glove rentals.
What is The Ring?
The Ring is a premium membership program limited to 25 people. With The Ring, you’ll get access to our space for self-directed training with access to our House Trainer (pending availability). It’s a great way to surround yourself with people who are serious about fitness and boxing, and to be part of the BushBox NYC community!
Personal Training clients have access to The Ring for a discounted price.

Do you offer trial memberships or classes?
Our goal at BushBox NYC is to create a strong community of folks who are passionate about fitness and/or boxing. To keep our space intimate, we don’t offer trials for our Beginner Bootcamps, personal training sessions, or The Ring.
